Comforting flavors and simple ingredients. Making it fast before a night out or after a hectic day at school is ideal because you probably already have all the ingredients on hand.
Ingredients
- 100g spaghetti or pasta
- Cooking oil
- 1 clove garlic
- Handful grated cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Let's cook
The first step is to cook and drain the pasta. To later add to the sauce, reserve a small amount of the cooking water.
Put a little oil in the pan and heat it to a medium temperature. Add the minced garlic clove (and red pepper flakes if you have them). Add the spaghetti and cheese after about a minute and stir everything together. Add some of the previous pasta water, then season with salt and pepper. I'm done now! Pasta that is creamy, cozy, and ready in a flash!
